White Chocolate Mocha

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT White Chocolate
  • 20mL SHOTT Chocolate
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • Garnish: Mini Marshmallows and Chocolate Powder

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
  2. Heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
  3. Pour the SHOTT Chocolate and the SHOTT White Chocolate into the hot milk and stir to combine.
  4. Pour the hot flavoured milk into the coffee.
  5. Garnish with mini marshmallows and a light dusting of chocolate powder.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
