A perfect cocktail to make all year round. Such a classic and easy to make.
- Serves 1
- 15mL SHOTT Simple Sugar
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Egg White
- 60mL Whiskey
- Garnish: Lemon Zest
- Fill a short glass with ice.
- Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
- Shake without ice until the egg has emulsified.
- Add ice and shake hard until the tin has frosted.
- Discard the ice in the short glass and double strain the cocktail into a short glass.
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
- Serve & enjoy.
