- 30mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
- 30mL Bourbon
- 2 Dashes Peychaud Bitters
- 200mL Pear Juice
- Garnish: A Lemon Wedge and Fresh Mint
- Fill a glass with the ice.
- Pour the SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey, bourbon and the peychaud bitters over the ice.
- Top with the pear juice and stir to combine.
- Garnish with the lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
