- 20mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
- 60mL Bourbon
- 15mL Apricot Brandy
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Dash Peychaud’s Bitters
- Garnish: A Lemon wedge and Fresh Mint
- Add all of the ingredients into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Garnish with the lemon wedge and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
