Turkish Apple Tea reminds us of chaotic days exploring markets and lazy afternoons sipping tea on the streets of Turkey.

- 20mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Whole Cloves
- 180mL Boiling Water
- Garnish: Fresh Apple and a Sprig of Rosemary
- In a small teapot, add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand), cinnamon stick, cloves and boiling water.
- Steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a tea cup and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
- Serve & enjoy.
