
Tropical Mango Sapphire Soda

Ingredients
- 20mL SHOTT Mango
- 10mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
- 45mL Gin
- 1 Mandarin Wedge
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 180mL Soda Water
- Ice
- Garnish: A Mango Slice, A Lemon Slice and Fresh Mint
Method
- In a glass, gently muddle together the SHOTT Mango, SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey, mandarin wedge and the lemon wedge.
- Fill the glass with the ice.
- Pour in the gin and top with the soda water.
- Stir to combone.
- Garnish with the mango slice, lemon slice and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
