Ingredients

  • 15mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 45mL Bourbon
  • 1 Bar Spoon Orange Marmalade
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
  • 5 Dashes Absinthe
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Star Anise

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the egg has emulsified.
  3. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a glass.
  5. Garnish with the star anise.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
