- Natural Colours and Flavours
- 15mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
- 45mL Bourbon
- 1 Bar Spoon Orange Marmalade
- 1 Egg White
- 2Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 5 Dashes Absinthe
- Garnish: A Star Anise
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg has emulsified.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Garnish with the star anise.
- Serve & enjoy.
