Sweet Summer Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 150mL Hot Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Wheels

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Press the espresso coffee into a heatproof glass, add the hot water and set aside to cool.
  3. Add the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup) over the ice.
  4. Top with the brewed coffee.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with the lemon wheels.
  7. Serve & enjoy.
