Ingredients
- 20mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
- 30mL Espresso Coffee
- 150mL Hot Water
- Ice
- Garnish: Lemon Wheels
Method
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Press the espresso coffee into a heatproof glass, add the hot water and set aside to cool.
- Add the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup) over the ice.
- Top with the brewed coffee.
- Stir to combine.
- Garnish with the lemon wheels.
- Serve & enjoy.
