- Natural Colours and Flavours
- 30mL SHOTT Strawberry
- 25mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
- 30mL White Rum
- 15mL Cointreau
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: A Halved Strawberry
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with the halved strawberry.
- Serve & enjoy.
