Ingredients
- 25mL SHOTT Gingerbread
- 200mL Ginger Beer
- 1 Scoop Maple Walnut Ice Cream
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon Powder
- Garnish: An Ice Cream Scoop
Method
- Add the ice cream into a glass.
- Add the SHOTT Gingerbread and the cinnamon powder into a boston shaker.
- Shake well and strain the mixture over the ice cream.
- Top with the ginger beer.
- Garnish with the ice cream scoop.
- Serve & enjoy.
