Natural Colours and Flavours
Preparation Time: 3 Minutes
- 45mL SHOTT Peach & Black Tea
- 45mL Gin
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: Skewered Bluberries and An Orange Peel
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg has emulsified.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Garnish with the skewered blueberries and the orange peel.
- Serve & enjoy.
