Sour Lolly Appletini

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
  • 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 20mL Orange Liqueur
  • 30mL White Rum
  • 30mL Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Slice of Apple and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand), fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur and the white rum into a boston shaker.
  2. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  3. Stain the cocktail into a martini glass.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with the apple slice and a sprig of mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
