Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
- 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 20mL Orange Liqueur
- 30mL White Rum
- 30mL Soda Water
- Ice
- Garnish: A Slice of Apple and Fresh Mint
Method
- Add the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand), fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur and the white rum into a boston shaker.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Stain the cocktail into a martini glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with the apple slice and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
