- 20mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
- 10mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
- 30mL Gin
- 200mL Soda Water
- Garnish: Fresh Blackcurrants and Fresh Mint
- Pour the SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey and the SHOTT Apple (New Zealand) into a glass.
- Fill the glass with the ice.
- Pour the gin into the glass.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish the fresh blackcurrants and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
