Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 60mL Kahlua
  • 60mL Vodka
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Rosemary and 4 Coffee Beans

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to Boston Shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds or until the tin has frosted.
  3. Pour cocktail into a pre-chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and coffee beans.
  5. Serve & enjoy
