
Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Caramel
- 30mL Espresso Coffee
- 60mL Kahlua
- 60mL Vodka
- Pinch of Salt
- Ice
- Garnish: Fresh Rosemary and 4 Coffee Beans
Method
- Add all ingredients to Boston Shaker with ice.
- Shake for 30 seconds or until the tin has frosted.
- Pour cocktail into a pre-chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and coffee beans.
- Serve & enjoy
