- 15mL SHOTT Rose
- 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30mL Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 15mL Benedictine
- 45mL Dry Gin
- Garnish: Dried Rose Buds
- Pour all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
- Add ice & shake until the tin has frosted.
- Double strain the cocktail directly into a pre-chilled coupé glass.
- Garnish with dried rose buds.
- Serve & enjoy.
