Preparation Time: 3 Minutes
- 30mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
- 30mL Gin
- 20mL Vermouth
- 20mL Coffee Liqueur
- 20mL Orange Liqueur
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: Fresh Mint
- Fill a glass with some of the ice.
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg has emulsified.
- Add the remaning ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail over a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
