Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Raspberry
- 25mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
- 30mL White Rum
- 15mL Cointreau
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
- Garnish: A Fresh Raspberry
Method
- Fill a glass with the ice.
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
- Add the ice to boston shaker and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with the fresh raspberry.
- Serve & enjoy.
