Raspberry Martini

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Raspberry
  • 25mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • 30mL White Rum
  • 15mL Cointreau
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Fresh Raspberry

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
  4. Add the ice to boston shaker and shake until the tin has frosted.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with the fresh raspberry.
  7. Serve & enjoy.
