A delicate orange ricotta perfect with fresh bread. A great treat to any loaf.
- 30mL SHOTT Orange & Lemongrass
- 100g Ricotta
- 1x Slice of Bread
- 1X Orange (Rind Only)
- 1x Pinch of Sea Salt
- Olive Oil
- Garnish: Fresh Orange Zest
- Preheat the oven to 200oC on grill.
- Brush both sides of each slice of bread lightly with the olive oil.
- Place the bread under the grill and brown each side until crunchy.
- Mix the SHOTT Orange & Lemongrass into the ricotta and season with salt.
- Lather the crunchy bread with ricotta mix and grate a generous amount of orange zest over the top.
- Serve & enjoy
