Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Manuka Honey (New Zealand)
  • 10mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 50mL Vodka
  • 20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 2 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Lavender Sprig

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
  2. Shake until the egg has emulsified.
  3. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with the lavender sprig.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
