- Natural Colours and Flavours
- 30mL SHOTT Lemon Ginger & Honey
- 30mL Cognac
- 1 Dash Tabasco
- 5mL Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 Whole Egg
- 40mL Club Soda
- Fill a glass with some of the ice.
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg has emulsified.
- Add the rest of the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Serve & enjoy.
