- 20mL SHOTT Manuka Honey Syrup
- 30mL Dry Gin
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 180mL Soda Water
- Garnish: Fresh Mint and a Cinnamon Stick
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour the SHOTT Manuka Honey Syrup, fresh lemon and gin over the ice.
- Top with soda water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a cinnamon stick.
