Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Manuka Honey Syrup
  • 30mL Dry Gin
  • 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 180mL Soda Water
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint and a Cinnamon Stick

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Manuka Honey Syrup, fresh lemon and gin over the ice.
  3. Top with soda water and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and a cinnamon stick.
  5. Serve & enjoy
