- 30mL SHOTT Gold Kiwifruit (New Zealand)
- 30mL White Rum
- 20mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 180mL Soda Water
- 6 Mint Leaves
- Garnish: Slices of Kiwifruit and Fresh Mint
- In a glass muddle the mint leaves and the lemon juice.
- Fill the glass with the ice.
- Pour the SHOTT Gold Kiwifruit (New Zealand) and the white rum over the ice.
- Top with the soda water and stir to combine.
- Garnish with the slices of kiwifruit and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
