Smooth, sweet caramel flavour with a whiskey note – classic flavours with a little difference.

Preparation Time: 3 Minutes
- 15mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
- 15mL SHOTT Caramel
- 30mL Jim Bean
- 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Egg White
- Pour all the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
- Shake without ice until the egg has emulsified.
- Add ice and shake until tin has frosted.
- Double strain the contents of the shaker into a pre-chilled glass.
- Serve & enjoy
