Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Tahitian Lime
- 1 Peppermint Tea Bag
- 180mL Hot Water
- Ice
- Garnish: A Lime Wedge and Fresh Mint
Method
- n a separate heatproof jug, infuse the tea bag with the hot water and set aside to cool.
- Fill a glass with the ice.
- Pour the SHOTT Tahitian Lime over the ice.
- Top with the cooled infused tea and stir to combine.
- Garnish with the lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
