
Iced Cinnamon Chai Tea

Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Chai (Cinnamon Notes)
- 10mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
- 1ea Earl Grey Tea Bag
- 180mL Hot Water
- Garnish: Fresh Mint and a Slice of Lemon
Method
- Pour the hot water and add the Earl Grey tea bag to a tea pot.
- Steep for 2-3 minutes, remove the tea bag and leave to cool.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the SHOTT Sugar Syrup, SHOTT Chai (Cinnamon Notes) and the earl grey tea over ice
- Stir to combine
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of lemon
- Serve & enjoy
