- Serves 1
- 15mL SHOTT Gold Kiwi
- 10mL Vodka
- 10mL Peach Liqueur
- 30mL Fresh Apple Juice
- 50mL Dry Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- Garnish: 1 Slice of Fresh Golden Kiwifruit
- Add the SHOTT Gold Kiwi, vodka, peach liqueur and apple juice into a Boston Shaker.
- Add ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Double strain the shakers contents into a pre-chilled champagne flute.
- Top with prosecco and gently stir to combine
- Garnish with a slice of golden kiwifruit
- Serve & enjoy
