If you love gingerbread your going to love this modern twist on this seasonal classic.
- Serves 1
- 10mL SHOTT Gingerbread
- 10mL Coffee Liqueur
- 20mL Vodka
- 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream (Softened)
- Garnish: Shaved Chocolate
- Rim a martini glass by dipping the edge into water, then into the shaved chocolate.
- Add the SHOTT Gingerbread, coffee liqueur, ice cream and the vodka into a boston shaker.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into the rimmed martini glass.
- Serve & enjoy.
