Gingerbread Martini

If you love gingerbread your going to love this modern twist on this seasonal classic.

Preparation Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 10mL SHOTT Gingerbread
  • 10mL Coffee Liqueur
  • 20mL Vodka
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream (Softened)
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Shaved Chocolate

Method

  1. Rim a martini glass by dipping the edge into water, then into the shaved chocolate.
  2. Add the SHOTT Gingerbread, coffee liqueur, ice cream and the vodka into a boston shaker.
  3. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed martini glass.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
