Feijoa Mint Tea Mojito

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Feijoa (Pineapple Guava)
  • 10mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • 1 Peppermint Tea Bag
  • 40mL Hot Water
  • 200mL Soda Water
  • 2 Sprigs Fresh Mint
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint and Feijoa Slices

Method

  1. In a separate heatproof jug, infuse the tea bag with the hot water and set aside to cool.
  2. In a glass, quickly muddle the sprigs of mint and then add the ice.
  3. Pour the SHOTT Feijoa (Pineapple Guava), SHOTT Sugar Syrup and the infused tea over the ice.
  4. Stir well to combine and top with the soda water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and the feijoa slices.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
