Ingredients
- 100mL SHOTT Feijoa (Pineapple Guava)
- 600mL Cream
- 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 60g Crystallised Ginger (Chopped)
- 113g Coconut Flakes (Toasted & Cooled)
Method
- Add the cream and the condensed milk into a bowl and mix together until thick.
- Pour in the SHOTT Feijoa (Pineapple Guava), then add the crystallised ginger and the coconut into the bowl.
- Mix well together.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight.
- Serve & enjoy.
