Feijoa Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 100mL SHOTT Feijoa (Pineapple Guava)
  • 600mL Cream
  • 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 60g Crystallised Ginger (Chopped)
  • 113g Coconut Flakes (Toasted & Cooled)

Method

  1. Add the cream and the condensed milk into a bowl and mix together until thick.
  2. Pour in the SHOTT Feijoa (Pineapple Guava), then add the crystallised ginger and the coconut into the bowl.
  3. Mix well together.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze overnight.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
