Elderflower Spritzer
Elderflower tastes a bit like a flowery magic! A great gin spritzer with a delicate floral hint.

Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Elderflower
- 30mL Dry Gin
- 100mL Prosecco (Sparkling Wine) 100mL Soda Water
- Garnish: Lemon Slice and Fresh Mint
Method
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour the prosecco and the soda water over the ice.
- Add the SHOTT Elderflower and dry gin.
- Sitr to combine.
- Garnish by halving the lemon slice & dropping one half into the spritzer.
- Serve & enjoy.
