Ingredients
- 15mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
- 45mL Golden Reposado Tequila
- 1 Lime Wedge
- 100mL Gingerbeer
- Crushed Ice
- Garnish: Fresh Blackcurrants and Fresh Mint
Method
- Fill a tall glass with the crushed ice.
- Pour the tequila into the glass and squeeze in the lime wedge.
- Top with the gingerbeer and stir to combine.
- Drizzle the SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey into the glass.
- Garnish with the fresh blackcurrants and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
