Easy Berry Ripple Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 200mL SHOTT Three Berry
  • 600mL Cream
  • 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ Cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Method

  1. Beat the cream and condensed milk together in a bowl until thick.
  2. Fold half of the SHOTT Three Berry and the chocolate chips into the beaten mixture.
  3. Pour into a freezer container.
  4. Pour the remaining SHOTT Three Berry and swirl through the mixture.
  5. Freeze overnight.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
