Preparation Time: 2 Minutes
- 20mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
- 20mL Gin
- 30mL Vermouth
- 10mL Beetroot Juice
- Garnish: Fresh Blackcurrants, Fresh Redcurrants, Lemon Wedges and Fresh Mint
- Fill a glass with the ice.
- Pour the SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey, gin and the vermouth over the ice.
- Top with the beetroot juice and stir to combine.
- Garnish with the fresh blackcurrants, fresh redcurrants, lemon wedges and a sprig of mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
