This recipe is a fantastic fresh and a light summer drink.
- Serves 1
- 20mL SHOTT Lemon
- 30mL Dry Gin
- 2 Thin Slices of Cucumber
- 140mL Tonic Water
- Garnish: Fresh Mint and Cucumber
- In a tall glass muddle the cucumber slices and the SHOTT Lemon until the cucumber is a pulp
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Pour the gin over the ice and top with the tonic water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a thin slice of cucumber rolled up and a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve & enjoy
