Coconut Mojito

Add a tropical twist to your regular mojito.  Its like your summer vacation in a glass.

Preparation Time: 2 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Coconut
  • 10mL Fresh Lime Juice
  • 40mL White Rum
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 180mL Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice
  • Garnish: Lime Wedges and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. In a tall glass, muddle together the mint leaves and the lime juice.
  2. Add the crushed ice to the glass and pour the SHOTT Coconut and the white rum over the ice.
  3. Top with the soda water and stir to combine.
  4. Garnish with the lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
