- 45mL SHOTT Raspberry
- 45mL Gin
- 30mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: Fresh Raspberries and An Orange Peel
- Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg has emulsified.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Garnish with the fresh raspberries and the orange peel.
- Serve & enjoy.
