Cinny Martini

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Chai (Vanilla Notes)
  • 30mL Brandy
  • 120mL Full Cream Milk
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Powder and SHOTT Chai (Cinnamon Notes)

Method

  1. Rim a martini glass by dipping the edge into the SHOTT (Chai Cinnamon) and then dipping it into the cinnamon powder.
  2. Add the SHOTT Chai (Cinnamon Notes), brandy and the milk into a boston shaker.
  3. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the rimmed martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a light dusting of cinnamon powder.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
