Chai Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

  • 100mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Note)
  • 1kg Pork Loin Roast
  • 1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • Salt

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160oC on fan bake.
  2. Pour the vinegar over the skin and rub in the salt.
  3. In a roasting dish pour in the SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) and milk.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Place the pork in the roasting dish and cook for 35 minutes.
  6. Serve & enjoy
