- 100mL SHOTT Chai (Spiced Note)
- 1kg Pork Loin Roast
- 1/2 Cup Full Cream Milk
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 160oC on fan bake.
- Pour the vinegar over the skin and rub in the salt.
- In a roasting dish pour in the SHOTT Chai (Spiced Notes) and milk.
- Stir to combine.
- Place the pork in the roasting dish and cook for 35 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy
