Ingredients
- 30mL SHOTT Raspberry
- 30mL SHOTT Rose
- 30mL Vodka
- 60mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Ice
- Garnish: A Raspberry and Rose Skewer
Method
- Add the SHOTT Raspberry, SHOTT Rose, lemon juice, egg white and the vodka into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a pre-chilled glass.
- Garnish with a raspberry and rose petal skewer.
- Serve & enjoy.
