Blended Caramel Latte

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Caramel
  • 30mL Espresso Coffee
  • 200mL Full Cream Milk
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Bits and Caramel Sauce

Method

  1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until slmooth.
  3. Pour the cold drink into a glass.
  4. Garnish with the whipped cream, caramel bits and a drizzle of the caramel sauce.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
