Blackcurrant & Mint Infusion

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
  • 1 Peppermint Tea Bag
  • 180mL Hot Water
  • Garnish: Fresh Blackcurrants, Fresh Red Currants and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. In a separate heatproof jug, infuse the tea bag with the hot water and steep for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour the SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey into a cup and top with the infused tea.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Garnish with the fresh blackcurrants, fresh red currants and a sprig of mint.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
