Blackcurrant Avocado Smoothie

Preparation Time: 3 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 30mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
  • 10mL SHOTT Sugar Syrup
  • ½ Fresh Avocado
  • 100g Ice cubes
  • 125mL Basic Milk
  • (70mL Evaporated Milk,
  • 10g Condensed Milk and 50mL Water)
  • Garnish: Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Make basic milk by stirring the evaporated milk, the condensed milk and the water, then put it aside.
  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
  5. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
