- 45mL SHOTT Tahitian Lime
- 30mL SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey
- 30mL Vodka
- 15mL Cacao Liqueur
- 1 Egg White
- 120mL Soda Water
- Garnish: A Fresh Strawberry Slice
- Add the SHOTT Tahitian Lime, SHOTT Blackcurrant & Honey, vodka, cacao liqueur and the egg white into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg has emulsified.
- Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass and top with the soda water.
- Garnish with the strawberry slice.
- Serve & enjoy.
