Bitter Tropical Fizz

Ingredients

  • 20mL SHOTT Pomegranate (Grenadine)
  • 30mL Gin
  • 20mL Aperol
  • 20mL Fresh Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Ice
  • Garnish: A Dehydrated Orange Slice and Fresh Mint

Method

  1. Fill a glass with the ice.
  2. Add all of the ingredients but the ice into a boston shaker.
  3. Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
  4. Add the ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
  5. Strain the cocktail into the glass filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with the dehydrated orange slice and a sprig of mint.
  7. Serve & enjoy.
