- Cold Drink
- Serves 1
- 30mL SHOTT Apple (New Zealand)
- 150mL Full Cream Milk
- 10mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- Garnish: A sprig of Fresh Mint
- Add all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
- Add ice and shake until the tin has frosted.
- Pour the cocktail into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Serve & enjoy.
