- Serves 1
- 20mL SHOTT Cinnamon
- 1 Pinch of whole allspice 230mL
- Apple Cider (1 bottle)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (optional)
- In a saucepan, combine the apple cider, SHOTT Cinnamon and the allspices
- Heat the mixture, without bringing to the boil.
- Reduce the heat, cover and leave to brew for 5 minutes.
- Take the pan off the element & strain into the cup, making sure to remove the allspice pieces.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
