Natural Colours and Flavours
Preparation Time: 3 Minutes
- 15mL SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup)
- 45mL White Wine
- 30mL Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish: Fresh Mint and A Skewered Apricot
- Fill a glass with the ice.
- Add the SHOTT Gomme (Sugar Syrup), white wine, fresh lime juice and the egg white into a boston shaker.
- Shake until the egg white has emulsified.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and the skewered apricot.
- Serve & enjoy.
