Recipe

Creme Egg Latte

INGREDIENTS

10mL SHOTT Vanilla
10mL SHOTT Caramel
30mL Espresso Coffee
200mL Full Cream Milk

METHOD

1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass
2. Add the SHOTT Vanilla & SHOTT Caramel to the coffee and stir to combine
3. Next, heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine
4. Pour the hot milk into the SHOTT Vanilla & SHOTT Caramel coffee shot
5. Garnish with caramel sauce
6 Serve & Enjoy

Creme Egg Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

10mL SHOTT Vanilla
10mL SHOTT Caramel
20mL SHOTT Chocolate
230mL Full Cream Milk
Whipped Cream

METHOD

1. Heat the milk by using the steam arm on a coffee machine
2. Stir in both the SHOTT Chocolate, SHOTT Vanilla & SHOTT Caramel into hot milk
3. Pour into a heat proof mug or heat proof glass
4. Top with whipped cream
5. Serve & Enjoy

Vanilla Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS

60mL Vodka
15mL Kahlua
25mL Espresso Coffee
10mL SHOTT Vanilla
Ice
Garnish: 3 Whole Coffee Beans

METHOD

1. Add all of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Double strain contence of the shaker into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with the whole coffee beans.
5. Serve & enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

20mL SHOTT Vanilla
60mL Coffee Shot
190mL Hot Water

METHOD

1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
2. Add the SHOTT Vanilla into the coffee shot and stir to combine.
3. Top with hot water.
4. Serve & enjoy.

Hummingbird Soda

INGREDIENTS

5 Fresh Basil Leaves
20mL SHOTT Passionfruit
20mL SHOTT Tahitian Lime
5mL SHOTT Vanilla
250mL Chi Herbal Sparkling Water
Ice
Garnish: A Sprig of Fresh Basil

METHOD

1. Add the fresh basil, SHOTT Passionfruit, SHOTT Tahitian Lime and SHOTT Vanilla to a tall glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice and swizzle the ingredients until glass has frosted.
3. Top with the chi herbal sparkling water.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh basil.
5. Serve & enjoy.
