Recipe

White Chocolate Macadamia Frappe

INGREDIENTS

20ml SHOTT White Chocolate
20ml SHOTT Macadamia 150ml
Full Cream Milk
1 Cup of Ice
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Macadamia Flakes & Caramel Sauce

METHOD

1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
3. Pour the Frappe into a tall glass.
4. Garnish with whipped cream, macadamia akes and caramel suace.
5. Serve & enjoy.

Recipe

Macadamia Melt

INGREDIENTS

10ml SHOTT Macadamia
10ml SHOTT Salted Caramel
30ml Jim Beam White Label
30ml Diplomatico Reserva
Ice
Garnish: Whittaker’s White Chocolate Bar

METHOD

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour all of the ingredients over the
ice & stir to combine.
3. Using a lighter/blow torch, melt a portion of the white chocolate bar.
4. Spread the melted chocolate across the rim of the glass & blance the remaining bar across the top of the glass.
5. Serve & enjoy.

Macadamia Latte

INGREDIENTS

20mL SHOTT Macadamia
160mL Full Cream Milk
30mL Espresso Coffee

METHOD

1. Press the espresso coffee into a mug or heatproof glass.
2. Add SHOTT Macadamia to the cup and stir.
3. Next, heat the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
4. Pour the hot milk into the macadamia coffee shot, in a circular motion to combine.
5. Serve & enjoy.
