Recipe

Gingerbread Latte

INGREDIENTS

20ml SHOTT Gingerbread
200ml Full Cream Milk
30ml Espresso Coffee
Garnish: Whipped Cream & Ground Ginger

METHOD

1. Press the coffee shot into a mug or heatproof glass.
2. Add the SHOTT Gingerbread to the coffee shot and stir to combine.
3. Next, heat up the milk by using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
4. Pour the hot milk into the avoured coffee shot.
5. Garnish with the whipped cream & a light dusting of ground ginger.
6. Serve & enjoy.

Gingerbread Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

20ml SHOTT Gingerbread
20mL SHOTT Chocolate
230ml Full Cream Milk
Garnish: Whipped Cream & Ground Ginger

METHOD

1. Heat up the milk using the steam arm on a coffee machine.
2. Stir in both the SHOTT Gingerbread & SHOTT Chocolate to the hot milk.
3. Pour the hot chocolate into a mug or heat proof glass.
4. Garnish with the whipped cream and a light dusting of gound ginger.
